4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Ensure that all materials supplied to PostWithEase do not violate any laws, copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.

  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.

Delays in approvals or required information may affect project timelines.

5. Payment and Billing

All fees must be paid according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or service package.

PostWithEase reserves the right to:

  • Suspend ongoing work for overdue payments.

  • Charge applicable late fees where permitted by law.

  • Cancel services if payment remains outstanding.

Payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed project requirements may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of materials they provide.

  • PostWithEase retains ownership of its proprietary methods, templates, strategies, processes, and internal tools.

  • Final approved deliverables become the client's property upon full payment.

PostWithEase may showcase completed projects, campaign results, or creative work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, business, financial, or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities.

  • Engage in spam, deceptive advertising, or unethical marketing practices.

  • Provide false information during project onboarding.

  • Platform account suspensions

  • Changes in third-party platform algorithms or policies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms such as social media networks, advertising platforms, website builders, analytics tools, and software providers.

PostWithEase is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages

  • Account suspensions

  • Policy changes

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to any notice period specified in the project agreement.

Any completed work and outstanding payments shall remain payable upon termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
